Very average. Good concept and interesting menu, but the food wasn't as interesting as how it was described. I had their fried chicken burger, it was nicely fried and had a good crunch, but I find it a little bit plain, that I had to add chilli sauce.

Really satisfied with this place! Have been here with my birthday boyfriend, so i brought candles and ciggarete and gave it to waitress to asked for help to put those candles on our food (a hamburger). But, they gave me a waffle for free and put the candles on it. And when the waffle came out, it delivered by all of the waiters. I'm so satisfied with their kindness :)

I ordered the cheese burger then I wanted to upgrade the fries to cheese fries but the waitress said it was sold out. The wagyu beef is so great as well as the buns but for me, I can’t really taste the sauce. Such a nice place, not to crowded and they also give guests popcorn and a shot of chocolate milkshake for compliments. Definitely will come back and try their other menu.

The food here is nice enough but the servings are tiny. Far too small for what you pay for, quality food but just a bit stingy with the amount they give

This is my first time here. I tried their waffle with Nutella topping and snickers gelato. It’s good. They're generous when it's come to topping. Waffle is crispy. I like the texture. But somehow, it doesn't satisfy me enough lol.

The overall experience is pretty much okay. There is nothing bad, but I definitely can't find any reason to go back, but the solid & perfect chocolate thick shakes. Hope they can improve in terms of food quality.

I always make time to visit this place when I went to Bali.FOOD: *****Perfect place to satisfy you American's Burger and Milkshake's craving. My Favorite dishes:Original Burger. Comment: Patty is really nice, the softness of the meat melt amazingly in your mouth. The caramelize onion also flavorful, make the burger perfectly done. The patty that they use also a nice one, it doesn't stick at the top of your inner mouth which is I often experience in other's burger. Looks like simple, but every details matter.My Favorite Drink:Chocolate Trifecta. Comment: The thickness of the milkshakes show that they really use a good ice cream to blend it. Not only textures, but the taste is so rich. For chocolate and ice cream lover, you really should try this. PRICE: *****Quite cheap and worth it if you compare to have a burger in Hotels. AMBIANCE: *****Such a unique place for me to have meal there. The combination color of Red and Tosca is really boost up your mood while you enjoy your meal. The location is also superb, easy to find, and so strategics. Board games that they provide also make a plus point to merry your time there.SERVICE: *****The friendliness of the staffs also makes you feel so good to spend your time there. You'll get a small can of popcorn, while you choose and wait your food to be served.
