Bad service... Bad service..Bad service Recently me and my friends stepped in to this place thinking we can have some good pizza. But we found this place so very disappointing, we kept in calling the waiters but none of them paid attention to our concerns.Though the place is nicely located and have both indoor n outdoor sitting space. Hope they work on managing their staffs to increase customer footfalls.

Very poor service, if you like waiting around for disinterested staff to serve you, your starter after you have finished your main meal then go ahead and visit the place.I would not have minded if the place was busy, we was the only people in the place at the time, 5 members of staff standing around doing nothing.If I owned this franchise I would think long and hard about employing a good manager, considering the price point of the food it's an expensive small pizza with poor service.

Not sure if this is a restaurant that should really be reviewed;). We went here after a morning of walking around town. We were buggered and really looking for air conditioning. We got in and were only going to get a drink. Our youngest was asleep in pram so we decided to eat whilst we were there allowing him to sleep in some cool air. We ordered garlic bread that was delicious. We had a pizza that was ok. No need to explain Pizza Hut style formulaic, however you will know what you get. To be honest we enjoyed our food here more than the Greek on the same night that was meant to be 4th best restaurant in Seminyak?? Nothing to ring home about, however solid effort!

It's a Pizza Hut alright. A good greasy time.For those looking for something familiar or just need a break from Indonesian food, can't really go wrong with pizza. Be sure to triple check your order as there can be some errors in translation.

Like all pizza hut branch in Indonesia, they are average taste and always shrink their portion down, increase price to all of their food and beverages. I ordered salad and there was a dead fly inside the salad stand, totally disgusting.The service by their staff is good and but the degradation of the Pizza Hut franchise quality is just unbearable.
