Perfect ambiance, such friendly and good-natured staff and amazingly priced food (main courses for less than 30k rupiah!). Highly recommended for anyone looking for well-priced Balinese food with a bright and crowded ambiance.

A nice tiny place in the heart of Ubud. The Indonesian food were modified so that it suits foreigner taste. Affordable price. But the most annoying part of the night was the service. The waiters and waitresses were too busy singing along that they didn't really pay attention about the guests. And when I decided to stop by at the cashier counter, clearly speaking Bahasa, the waitress insisted to answer in English, and on top of that said to her colleagues about me being an impatient guest. What a service.

Food is amazing and you can get tasting serves of everything. Beautiful authentic Balinese food that my local friends and I both loved. In ubud for two days and ate here both times. Atmosphere also really nice.

Local restaurants in Bali are known as 'Warung'.Since I was in Bali I thought why not try Balinese & Indonesian Delicacies at a Warung.We chose to eat at Warung Biah Biah.Taste: 2.0/5.0We ordered:Vegetable Nasi Goreng 20,000 IDRNasi Goreng is basically Indonesian Fried Rice. I devoured it totally at the Resort I stayed in.But I had to try at a Warung. Unfortunately it didn't match to the standards of Terrace Restaurant in Alam Puri Villa.Even after repeated instructions that I am a vegetarian I do not even eat egg; when they served our order, there it was an omelette exactly on top of Nasi Goreng!!Gado Gado 18,000 IDRIt's also a dish native to Indonesia. We ordered a vegetarian Gado Gado. It had a spread of steamed/boiled veggies like potatoes, French beans, carrot & cabbage. It also had tempeh. It's served with a peanut sauce. Peanut sauce was good. Presentation of dish was good.You just have to dip veggies in peanut sauce & eat it.Very healthy as well.Pineapple Juice 14000 IDRTo beat the heat we thought of gulping down cool pineapple juice..it tasted good but it had been diluted with water. Service: 1.0/5.0We had to wait for our table & our order for a long time. Staff is not attentive..they are not bothered if you get a table or no. It's a small place plus the food is cheaper hence it always was packed.Staff didn't care about the order specifications..when I clearly mentioned I don't eat eggs please do not add it to my dish & Voila! they serve you an omelette on top of the rice!! What a little gem(which apparently everyone ELSE knew about because every time we passed it, it was full!) the dishes are cheap and filling! My husband and I had the entire small plates menu(6 dishes at 8000Rp each) as well as chicken satay sticks, something that looked like nuts on a stick. Three big glasses of iced brem and 2 large Bintangs and dessert our bill only came out to $231000Rp(approximately $22 CAD). Get the Pasi Goreng(fried bananas and ice cream) or just ice cream alone for dessert! You'll also be joined by the restaurant's dog, who is beyond cute(but don't feed it as it'll hang out staring at you with its crooked smile).

Located on Gootama street, it's a small restaurant that served varieties of local food with good price. Starting from 20k. The food taste is so-so but if you just want to hangout and taste a small platter of different dishes, you could come here.

Hidden along the narrow street of Jalan Gootama in Ubud, lies Warung Biah Biah. The place is akways full of people familiar with the place's very good reputation. The items are affordable and seems legit Indonesian vibe. You should try Urutan Goreng 18,000 IR (photo 2)it's fried balinese pork sausage with marinated cabbageBabi Kecap pork cooked with kecap asin (photo 4) and gerang goreng 18,000 IR (photo 5)fried small fish with sambal matah.

Very disappointed. Service was overall bad. Servers were not reactive. They mixed up the orders and ended up serving the wrong food. The food was very average. I had sate ayam, nasi putih, nasi campur and chicken curry.
