I came there around 6pm and I and my friend were the only customer at that time. I ordered a medium-well Australian Tenderloin with Mushroom Sauce. Having an experience in a big restaurant, i never expect the level of cook would be right. So when it came welldone, I have expected. However, the most higlighted experience for me is, the first food that they serve is with BBQ sauce after waiting for almost 45 minutes. I could see it clearly that it was the wrong sauce. So I asked them where is the Mushroom Sauce and they said, 'Oh sorry this is BBQ sauce. Do you want to eat this or how?'. I was so shocked when they asked me like that. I told them I want to change it because it is not what I have ordered. And they accept it. The food came again after 10 minutes with BBQ sauce leftover. I could see that they just uncovered the steak, flipped it and pour the mushroom sauce. I also could still taste the BBQ sauce. I guess this explain why abuba has a really low score in website. I always wonder the reason behind their score but I havent tried before. And now, I understand.

First time nyoba abuba di cabang sini dan bener2 kecewa. Pesen welldone dateng kurang mateng dan ter sebel adalah chicken steak nya bener2 undercook sumpah 👎👎👎

I'm so sorry but if there's a 0.5 rating for food here I'll go for it. Twice here and both were disappointing. I was expecting something more the second time I came here because I was so positive I thought my first visit was not my luck to try the food. Came out it was all the same, disappointing.I always order medium/medium well steak, and it was cooked well done. My boyfriend ordered a well done steak and it was like rubber. Not good to chew, so bad.I'll never come back.

Actually I am one of the customer who experience a good steak here. But today I really disapointed since I try Wagyu Bolar Blade, Medium Well, which is very hard to cut. Really dissapointed today. Maybe I have to find another place for a good steak.

Biasanya setiap ke Bandung pasti mampir ke Abuba Steak, trutama yg di Jalan Layang deket Gedung Sate, tp kali ini nyoba di Buah Batu. Lokasi ckup luas. Penyajian ckup cepat. Pesen Sirloin US, Lamb Chop NZ, Fried Chicken, sama Salmon. Seperti biasanya rasanya enak, cm sayang Sirloinnya agak keras dan lemaknya agak alot, ekspektasi saya pesen yg US bisa lebih lembut trnyata kayak sapi lokal. Hnya lamb chop ny yg lembut enak irisnya. Ikan Salmonnya ada yg agak hangus di bagian kulitnya. Overall okela, cm agak kecewa aj sama Sirloinnya.
