Should i start?? Okay, let's start😊Taste:V60 (23k) 5/5The first bali black lava i ordered is really AWESOME!! Very well balance! Not too acid not really bold as well. This is the type of coffee that i really like. I'm not a fan of washed processes, but this Bali Black Lava makes me feel wow! Super duper delicious! I can taste the lemon and orange. And it's really sweet. The barista really know how to make a perfect cup for me.For the 2nd glass i try (coz the first was really awesome, make me wanna taste the other😍) is sunda pringgawesi. It also use washed processes method, but it has more acidity in it. The bitter acid of marquisa with some of floral taste. Very different from the first glass. And it's little bit linger.Well my favourite is the first glass for sure. Oreo cheesecake (28k).. (3.5/5)Well this is not the best oreo cheesecake that i ever taste, for me it's almost really plain less creamy. Maybe because i ever taste the oreo cheesecake that my friend made and it's Very creamy and soft. But this oreo cheese still the good choice for pairing with the black coffeeService (5/5)The barista are the best. They taking care for the guest, full of passionate and make connection with guest. Verry well service👏👏Ambiance (4/5)So "head and brew" actually a coffeeshop and barbershop concept into one. Well it has a minimalist cozy place concept and cool place for music jamming. They also can manage the cleanliness (if u think about it, i cannot imagine how you make a barbershop with coffeeshop into one? The hair meet food can become a really gross ya know.... 😝) but these guys can really manage the cleanliness. Wich is kinda AWESOME!

Kopi yang digunakan untuk espresso based dan single origin adalah kopi berkwalitas premium, didukung juga dengan tenaga kerja barista yang apik dan memiliki pengatahuan mengenai kopi yang luas menjadikan sajian kopi di Head and Brew sangat memuaskan. Mas Mufti selaku barista di and Brew ini sangat baik dalam melayani customer dan memberikan penjelasan tentang produk khususnya kopi. Suasana yang terkonsep di cafe ini membuat customer merasa sangat nyaman, juga service dari barista dan karyawan lainnya yang sopan dan ramah membuat saya selaku customer tidak sungkan untuk merekomendasikan Head and Brew menjadi tempat yang tepat untuk bersantai sambil menikmati hidangan makanan dan kopinya

Sekali waktu itu dateng, nyobain green tea nya. Well, suka sama green teanya. Rasanya tuh ya... beneran rasa green tea gitu makanya suka ❤Tempatnya overall biasa, tapi boleh juga sih kalo buat kalo ngobrol sama temen, atau ngerjain sesuatu disini. Nyaman kok tempatnya!

This place is beyond my expectation, it was nice place to hangout with friends First floor there are barbershop with some seated area (there are some outdoor seat too)Second floor is smoking area (don't know what in there coz I didn't check.Nice service (never expect that), good barista with good skillHot caffe latte was good, chocolate latte also goodNapoleon bolognaise was good, their sauce was not too much just enoughMozza baked rice is good, the rice is so soft that it was almost like risotto, you can taste the rich milk flavorCarbonara pasta is good but I think the sauce is a little but to thickNasi goreng TNB was good, serve with slice of beef bacon on top, tomato slice and chipsMozarella fingers was alright, I feel there's something missing in it but it was okWill go there again someday

Dateng k sini sebelum nge hitss.. d bawahnya bisa potong rambut alias ada barber shopp, konsep tempatnya menarik sih. Bisa nunggu sambil ngopi.. wafelnya lumayan enak, kopinya juga oke, gw coba caffee lattenya enak.. cuma seatnya ga banyak.. overall tempatnya oke..Taste 4/5Cozy 3.8/5Cleanliness 4/5Service 4/5

Located in the second floor (since the first floor is for Asgar Barbeshop), this place is one of the good place in Bekasi (thank God). I celebrate my friend's bridal shower here, and the place really accommodates it. The food and drink is so so, but still, one of the good place to hang out when you are in Bekasi.

Saya sudah beberapa kali ke sini karena makanannya enak (paling favorite mozarella gorengnya), kopinya juga enak. Tempatnya tidak berisik, walau sayang terlalu mungil di lantai bawah padahal di situ lebih nyaman dibanding di atas yang suka agak panas dan bau rokok. But overall it is a pretty good place to chill.

Malem minggu kmrn kesini sm temen, berniat cari coffee shop yg nyaman karna disekitar galaxy sini rata-rata coffee shopnya biasa bgt huhu. Dtg kira-kira jam set 8 malem kalo gak salah...waktu pertama kali masuk disambut baik sm mbak dan masnya hehe terbilang sepi juga sih pdhl malem minggu...cuma ada 1 pengunjung aja. Niatnya mau makan ditempat smoking area yg di lt 2..eh pas udah naik panas bgt ternyata dan tempatnya agak kurang nyaman sih yg di lt 2. Yg di lt 1 menurutku jg gak terlalu nyaman...ketolong sm satu sofa yg dipojok...karna sejujurnya ga terlalu suka sm coffee shop yg meja dan kursinya dr kayu gt, lebih prefer yg sofa sih heheBuat minumnya, pesen ice caramel machiato dan ternyata di blend bukan kayak biasa yg ada di coffee shop lain...tp enak kok lumayannMakanannya pesen gyu tan don & napoleon bolognaise pasta...lumayannn tapi pastanya porsinya kurang banyak ya kl buat cowo😂 (maafin lupa foto karna kelaperan😂)Mungkin lain kali akan kesini lagi....cuma berharap kursi-kursinya diganti jd sofa aja sih supaya lebih enak ngobrol lama-lama disini heheTapi untuk pelayanan, makanan, minuman gausah diragukan kok✔
