Malem - malem nyokap ngidam.. jadi di aja.Crunchy wings nya asiiin, trs rasa nya jg kurang si menurut gue.Cheese fries enaak, pas aja si rasa nya di lidah gue.Churros choco biasa aja, coklatnya kurang enak 😭😭

Waktu itu beli lagi2 ada promo. Pesen nya garlic parmesan sama red cajun apa ya lupa rasanya agak pedes2 gituu. Lebih suka yg garlic parmesan walau keju nya dikit bgt ya actually. Yang boneless siu favourite bgt. Harga juga masuk akal.

Rasanya louisiana rub ini gurih pedesnya ringan! Cocok 😋Beli classic wings yang 10pcs dengan 2flavours, of course i choose garlic parmesan dan rasa red hot cajun. This place & the foods should've been a good oasis when I was in the middle of my 11 km night run, but...its not 😑. Ordered Fries Combo of 5 Crunchy Wings (3 Garlic Parmesan & 2 Louisiana Rub) + Large Fries + Green Tea. Here's the deal : in the context of international marketing, its a common strategy for a foreign company to make some modifications in whatever things they sell to better suite the taste of the locals in the targeted region. But, there's also a choice for not making any adjustment whatsoever & in the end, it all comes back to the management's decision. However, its a must, to see things in context. While some other restaurants are successful by staying true to the original taste (i.e. selling European foods in a real European style of taste, etc.), the game is different when it comes to fast foods restaurants. In this area, 90% of the players adjusted their original taste to cater to locals (the original KFC taste in USA, for example, is not the same with KFCs located in Indonesia) bcoz they aim to have as much reach as possible to the society, but apparently, Wingstop chose to stay true to the original taste, & that's the main problem, at least for me 🙍. Granted they probably have the most complete variations on chicken wings but when I taste it, I tried my best to find a "character" that makes them unique yet I can't find it 😟. By consequences, in relation to other similar restaurants in here, this place holds little of significance. For me, the taste doesn't register strongly in my mind to make me wants another future purchase. Other strong brands did a better job to make their taste easy to remember. In a more formal terms, according to Dartmouth College's Professor of Marketing Kevin Lane Keller, the brand lacks Point Of Difference (POD) in Indonesia. The service is good, the ambient is OK. With these noted things, it remains in question whether or not they'll survive in here by just being mediocre in a very tight competition with others let alone in difficult times like now, so we'll just have to wait & see. I always talk in the context of in efforts to find great restaurants while still contextually related, meaning that there is no unified criterions in defining what a great restaurant is. Its different case by case. In the case of Wingstop, it may still be appealing for u if u just want to eat chicken wings with various options & sauces, but, options & sauces are all there is to it.
