mampir ke kopi pasar di food fighters melawai, kebetulan pesan iced lattenya dan iced lattenya itu memang keluaran bear&co. dengan harga +-39k saya mendapatkan 1 cup iced latte. saya minta iced lattenya manis, jadi rasanya memang agak manis. tapi kalau ga mau manis juga bisa. kopinya enak, biarpun depannya manis akhir-akhirnya masih agak pahit. enaknya dari kopi ini, walaupun ada rasa pahit tapi rasa asamnya nggak terlalu kuat.

Sengaja ke food fighters cuma buat beli kopi pasar.Order toraja dengan method manual brew.As a big fans of toraja beans, kopi pasar punya rasa kopi yg outstanding!!!Kopinya manis, ga asem dan punya after taste yg clean banget. Sampe sekarang masih kebayang-bayang rasanya.Tiap ke Jakarta bakalan nyempetin buat ngopi disini.Harganya murah tapi punya kualitas yg luar biasa banget!

Drink a Coffee like a Beer. Disini smua kopinya Cold Brew, hanya ada 4 macam kopi disini. The owner explained well about the coffee, but i just don't get it well too (peace!). Intinya saya order yang gak gitu asam sih, karena cold brew setahu saya agak asam. Mereka memperlakukan kopinya seperti draught beer, jadi saat kita pesan mereka tinggal ngucurin dari kerannya. Saya pesan menu paling atas yaitu Grizzly. Kopinya gak terlalu dingin (room temperature) dan berbuih seperti beer. Waktu saya mau minum pake sedotan, yang punya bilang 'jangaaan..' Mungkin karena mengurangi sensasi 'minum beer' nya. Well, kopinya teteup asem sih menurut saya, cuma rasanya beda dari kopi yang diseduh. Mungkin lain kali harus coba yang latte cold brew, karena susu mengurangi rasa asem di kopi. Worth the try, you will get another coffee experience here (especially for coffeeholic).

One of the reasons why i visit santa eventhough plenty of tenants are giving up the (declining) crowd. Me & my husband cant live without Bear's awesome coffee concentrate, 1 litre #betterhalf no less! With this who needs their own coffee machines/drips/whatever?

As a coffee enthusiast, I felt that I had to try their cold brew coffee so bad. We're still in the midst of coffee hype anyway. So when I got the chance, I got one for myself.Their location is very easy too find. Just go up the stairs to the 2nd floor and you'll find their little shop with black and orange interior. Honestly I didn't expect them to be open because they only open during weekends and not every weekend. The last time I went to Santa on the weekend, they were closed. So I was very lucky to be there when they were open. From what I know is that Bear and Co. is managed by a few people and a little family. They were very hospitable. They gave us (my boyfriend and I) a little intro of what a cold brew coffee is. So we decided to order grizzly (nitrogen cold brew) and angry panda (cold brew with ice lemon tea).Like what I imagined, it's unbelievably fresh. It's totally what you need to get your mood up and freshen yourself.  It doesn't really taste like coffee, but it is! I would definitely come and treat myself another cold brew coffee. Too bad their opening hours aren't fix.

This is the place to have the best cold brewed coffee ever. What's more, u drink it like a beer. And the owner is nice to talk to. Well, the place is kinda hot, but that gives you another reason to sip all the goodness of cold coffee straight away.

Bear&Co is a coffee shop on the Santa Market ( or indonesian called Pasar Santa ), as i remember this place own by george and dian ( his wife ), i know this place from a friend, this friend of me own a coffee shop. Anyway george offer us to taste its experimental nitro coffee, nice cold foamy like beer, but its coffee. Its a great hangout moment with him, but apparently the shop is closed now, and if i make a guess its already evolving the coffee shop i mean, become Gambino. Try it more less is the same taste, but no "george" to hangout with.

Ini benchmarknya cold brewed coffee. Dari proses pemilihan biji kopi sampai proses brewingnya, semuanya oke. Minumnya persis kayak minum bir. Disajikan dengan foam yg banyak. Rasanya juga enak. Ownernya yg bule asik diajak ngobrol. Recommended banget walau tempatnya agak panas. Tapi justru itu, makin enak minum kopi dinginnya.

Sebetulnya tempat ini adalah tempat saya benar2 menyukai cold brew. Nitro cold brew superb sekali. Pertama kali ngerasain seperti sensasi minum beer, yg bukan beer beneran. Sebuah pengalaman yg menyenangkan, plus pernah dikasih free cold brew tea juga, benar2 istimewa. Tapi terakhir ke sini, rasanya berubah. Keep doing good work...
