Dari dulu penasaran mau makan di sini, tapi temen-temen yang lain lebih suka ke Union. Yep, aku baru tau kalau ternyata Restoran ini dan Union masih satu group. Dan lokasi nya ada di Grand Indonesia.Datang di hari Minggu sore, banyak banget seat yang penuh dengan majority diisi oleh keluarga.Para pelayan nya sigap dengan service yang Ramah. Yeah.. harga yang ditampilkan di buku menu ini worth to the service. Dan sebelum memesan kami diberi opening bread with olive oil. Nice!Saya memesan Spaghetti Carbonara yang surprisingly enak, good one. Kemudian ada Pizza Margherita nya so so. FoodPizzas were both great, both had that nice crisp exterior with the perfect dough thickness. Milano with the egg on top is totally recommended if you don’t fancy the more mainstream pepperoni. It was also topped with bacon, mushrooms, and some spinach and the pizza was totally enjoyable. Pepperoni was as good expected, and comes with generous pepperoni!Their salmon was nice, using balsamic vinaigrette and tomato salsa which went along well with the salmon, mashed potatoes and sauteed spinach. Loved the mashed potatoes and that the spinach wasn’t over oily. Price is obviously on the high band but quite worth trying, looking forward to try their pastas out!ServiceStaffs were nice but some looked very clearly deliberate and sort of ‘forcing’ their smiles, but it was fine with me. AmbienceBright yellow, would love if the smoking and non-smoking areas were more separated.

Ordered penne arabiata on a busy evening. The service is really top notch! Most waiter eager to wait when I select the menu that I ordered, and keen to explain in details the ingredients behind each menu. Even when I complained about the menu later, they took great length to note where the shortcomings are for further improvement. Truly five star service here.So why I only give it four stars? My penne is a bit too creamy, with tendency to be too sour on its sauce. But the pasta presentation is great. And coffee is also fantastic albeit the price is kinda too much for me (75k for a ice coffee sounds a bit over it).Overall : will come again, and excited for your new branch in PIK which is closer home.

Sebenernya tiap kesini alasannya karna tempatnya paling enak buat duduk santai sambil ngerokok. Ngantrinya juga ga selama di tempat lain. Pizza nya semuanya yang enak,terutama yang chicken pizza!

Came here on a friday evening, place was busy. Come here a number of times before. Ordered Quattro formagi pizza, truffle angel hair pasta, sea bass and tiramisu. Pasta is pretty good, 4/5. Service is good. Tiramisu is very good.

Good cafe, love their angle hair truffle. But some of the staff are lack of focus when served me. Mixed the sparkling wirh the natural mineral water 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Decided to find a place to sit down after roaming around the mall for a long time. Firstly tried to go to union deli but the place was packed, so went right around the corner to Caffè Milano.Place was lively, half-full but a seat was quickly assigned. Ordered the Milano Coffee. The coffee is served as ice cubes with a glass of milk. It tasted like a latte with a pinch of sweetness, but got bitter towards the end.Overall review:Drink: 4/5Service: 4/5Price: 3/5The place has a good cozy vibe with friendly service but the price was a little steep. 75k for a latte is pretty pricy.
