Terletak tepat di sebelah kemang Arcade. Dari luar Carpediem udah keliatan banget karena ruangan di lantai satu itu seluruhnya kaca dan transparan banget ke luar jalan. Lantai satu yang merupakan ruangan tanpa sekat dengan cermin di berbagai sisi yang memberikan kesan lapang enak buat duduk2 dengan sofa dan kursi yang punya desain artistik. Bahkan beberapa kursi ada yang ditaruh di dalam kotak kaca, digantung di atas (agak takut jatoh sih kadang). Semuanya disusun dengan baik dan keliatan bagus, bahkan plating untuk foods aja tergolong keliatan kece.Nggak banyak nyoba makanan cuma mesen chicken wings yang rasanya lumayan dan pana cotta yang disajikan dengan tiga sauce yang berbeda: blueberry, raspberry dan mango. Untuk raspberry, rasanya asem banget ya nggak cocok sama lidah gue kayaknya its just terlalu asemmm...Pelayanannya bagus. Air mineral aja dituangin dulu ke gelas. nggak bisa menampik juga karena nilai tax yang dikasih cukup tinggi.Sayang mereka nggak ada signage dan tempatnya juga menjorok kedalam jadi agak susah dicari kalau sambil jalan.Overall, this is the artsy place to hang out.

First impression, cute place - second impression, nice cozy space, third impression (when i saw the second floor) - oh my what a lovely place.Yes the place was/is awesome. Love it so much! The food was good, portion was in the right amount. We ordered veal escalope, escargot, lemon souffle and lemon spaghetti(didn't really remember the exact name). All good.I could given it higher rating but due to reasons below- i can't...What's not good was actually the service... Maybe just not our luck. Before we came we already asked for their wine list, when we came we ask if they have it. They dont, they only have 3 kind of wine. We pick one of it, after 15-20 minutes of no showing of wine or what so ever... One of the guy from down stairs, not the waitress that took our order, said that the wine that we want already sold out and there's some misunderstanding in ordering blah blah blah.... This is actually the wine that they promote and recommend for us... Okay... What took them so long to inform us? I don't know.Second the food came so long... Like really long and no the restaurant wasn't even crowdy. There is only us in the 2nd floor- dining area. And no explanation why it took them so long, not to mention waiting for the dessert to come.They given us the dessert and some drinks which we cant taste coz we don't want to ruin the wine. It must be due to lack of service...I really love the place and the food. It has a good atmosphere and really good place to have your moment here but this place need a serious attention for the service- i hope i was the only customers that they disappointed.But i would still go back here for the place/atmosphere though but hopefully they improve their services. If they have a problem with stock, menu, food or what ever it is- they at least should have the courtesy to inform their customers properly- not just leaving them "waiting".

ok so i have to admit, tertarik datang kesini karena namanya(hehe) dan juga interiornya. dan bener aja, pas dateng, saya sampe terkagum - kagum ngeliat designnya. saya memesan tempat di lantai 2, and i really enjoy the atmosphere. lalu, saya pesan medium rare Angus Beef Tenderloin with Foie Gras, asparagus, rosemary potatoes, and red wine juice (that's written on the menu) dan segelas ice tea. lalu server pun meng-iya-kan dan masuk ke dalam kitchen. sekitar 2 menit kemudian si server memberi tau bahwa foie gras-nya sold out. ok nggakpapa pikir saya. segelas ice tea datang sepuluh menit kemudian. it took soooo long since my friend and I were the only customer there. kami menunggu makanan selama 30 menit. saya bingung karena kami memesan hanya medium rare. dan sekali lagi, hanya kami tamu di tempat itu. saya curi curi pandang ke arah dapur, dan saya hanya melihat 2 orang bekerja disitu. entah karena sedang bulan puasa atau apa. ketika makanan datang, daging dimasak dengan sempurna, but there was no asparagus on that plate! but a mix salad instead. saya memanggil waiternya, dan dia bilang asparagusnya tidak ada. saya agak kesal karena seharusnya hal seperti ini di-info-kan sebelumnya. dan bukan saat makanan tiba. ketika kami selesai-pun, meja kami tidak di clear up, bahkan ketika kami meminta bill, piring kotorpun belum diangkat dari meja kami. sangat kecewa karena melihat service charge yg cukup tinggi, namun service mereka kepada kami tidak memuaskan. saya tidak bisa menjudge semua makanannya karena memang hanya 1 item yang kami coba, namun pelayanan di tempat ini sangat buruk. sayang sekali karena tempatnya bagus, lokasi strategis, menu menarik, namun pelayanan tidak memadai. semoga Carpe Diem bisa meningkatkan pelayanannya lagi ke depan dan terus berkembang dalam dunia kuliner di Jakarta.

Lovely lounge to spend your evening time. We were the only customers at that time and were greeted as if regulars, even though it was our first time there. Nice and attentive staff. Carpediem is a pretty place, combination of lighting and texture in their furniture. F&Bs are on average, but they serve pretty good cocktails. Classic Chicken StewWorth the price, tasted pretty good with a generous portion of veggies.Penne PomodoroPerfect al dente pasta. I'm not a fan of their seasoning though.GypsiThis is the reason of coming here. Try their signature cocktails. They're good and I just love the combination of sweet and sour in it.

Butuh tempat untuk wind out, or peaceful meeting place, disini enak dan mewah. Kebetulan ingin ngadem ngopi discuss meeting nyari yg nyaman indoor smoking. Cuman pesen drink, tapi the place decornya very unik. Sampe toiletnya saja suka liatnya rose gold. BeberapA kali nongkrong blm pernah makan, maybe next time

First time and very dissapointed. arrived here at 8pm on saturday night, restaurant is empty yet the food took very long time come. Maincourse come not af same time and it takes 20 minutes different and it make the steak become cold. Cant imagine 3 persons in kitchen, empty restaurant but food and most essencial rule they dont follow

Kafenya hits abis, dari nama nya aja udah goks banget. Terdiri dari 3 lantai, lantai pertama sofa yang nyatu sama bar, desain interiornya epic bgt. Di lantai ke 2 luxury dinning fancy banget, suasananya gelap tapi keren. Nah buat yang mau private dinner di lantai 3. Saya memesan cappucino, lemon tea, spagetti, and lemon butter pokoknya harganya pasbdi kantong, pelayanannya juga baik. Lokasinya di Kemang.

Came here for my batch's anniversary. It was located right beside BIASA artspace. The building had 3 floors, and we booked the 2nd floor. It wasn't really huge, I'd say the capacity of the 2nd floor was up to 40-50 persons. The ambiance was good but the lighting was... dim?We paid idr 200.000 per person for a menu set. I choose caesar salad for appetizer, pasta seafood marinara as the main course, pudding and infused water. The taste was mediocre.. My friend ordered chicken stew and it was better. The chicken was tender and seasoned well.

gua ngerayaiin ulang tahun yang ke 17 disini tempat nya asik pw terus ada 3 lantai kemaren si ps gua ultah close for public jadi restoran cuman buat acara gua doang jadi mau brisik kayak apapun juga gapapa terus makanannya enak2 kalo mau bikin acara bisa pake set menu udah dapet semuanya jadi gakecewa sama sekali sama resto yang satu ini

The portion sizes were just right, not too small not to big. The quality was great and the service was spot on. The only negative was that it was rather quiet, but I guess you can't ask for too much atmosphere at lunch on a Monday!
