Came here for the infamous pork knuckle - was not disappointed. All meats were very juicy and tasty. In fact I’d say foods here taste better than the similar restaurant in GI. While you’re here, please also try the potato salad. 10/10 will repurchase.

Lovely place, super homy and cozy. Went there on weeknight after works and the place wasnt too crowded. We ordered the bonanza sausage platter, smoked pork loin, and apple struddle for 3 people. I really enjoyed the meal. One of the best sauerkraut Ive had in town. Apple struddle was great, although we waited for a bit too long. Really nice place to just chill, have some great meal, and drink some beers on weekdays. Also, I loveeeed their music playlist! Will definitely come back here.

Semuanya enak. Tempat tidak terlalu besar tapi nyaman, makanan yang lezat dan memuaskan, beer yang enak dan menyegarkan.Makan disini beberapa kali mau daytime ataupun malam dan selalu menyenangkan. 😊

My first time trying German food is pretty satisfying! The taste and the portion worth the price! I would recommend this restaurant for anyone seeking for good German home-cooked.I would say it's better visited at lunch rather than dinner. The place is small and it's very easy to hear the smallest voice. The crowds happen during dinner time, so if you wish to enjoy a little bit of peace, come at lunch.

Initially I wanted to get normal beer pitcher but was offered happy hour promo pitcher by the staff. I agreed to it. When I'm about to pay, they told me no happy hour promo. Why offered it in the first time then? What is the game you guys are playing here? You may get my money for this time but you'll never get it again ever.

In an attempt to get out hands on their pork knuckle, we finally decided to dine here on a sunday night. Situated in a rather old office building in kemang area, this place is safe to say a hidden germany gem for me. The front facade looked quite bavarian with old lamps, warm lighting and wooden window, not to mention the antique wooden door in front. I really appreciate the laidback atmosphere inside, there was also a separation between the smoking area that tends to exudes the bar style, as well as the diner-like non smoking area which fit for tonights dinner with my friends.Okay, let's get to the main star here, the pork knuckle. We had it with rosti and creamy spinach as side. Boy oh boy, I was impressed with all of them. Spinach was soft that it took not much of an effort to chew, let alone the indulgent creamyness. Rosti was nice, normally I found this kind of dish as a pan fried potato pancake, but the one i had at Die Stube was crispier, more like semi deep- fried potato pancake that I like. Then, the pork knuckle itself, tasty with crispy skin and just the right mixture of juiciness of the meat and crispiness of the skin. So dare I say that the knuckle was balanced, it was more on the dry side with not much of oily fat which is my favorite. Service was okay, it wasn't super nice, but at the same time not bad. Just okay. Pricewise, considering their target market, was reasonable enough considering one portion of the knuckle could feed us four. Sure thing this will be the place for when i fancy someplace casual and a bit under the radar.

had a wonderful New Year's Eve spent at this restaurant (they have 2sides of dining& bar area). my partner& i ordered a rib eye, pork chop, mushroom soup& cheese cake (new on the menu).the rib eye steak came with fries and some veggie. for the price, the quality of beef that came out is actually not bad. its tender, and the fat is rendered well. my partner asked for medium which they deliver perfect. however like other indo steak house, there's barely any crust, and its not salted enough. the mushroom sauce that came with it makes up for the lack of flavor with a nice richness. overall for its price, he'd say he had a good meal.the pork chop that i ordered came bone in, and its quite big. cooked well, a bit dry on the inside, its not tough however and the sauce complements the pork perfectly. the star of the meal is actually the sides, the potatoes that came with it is just incredibly well cooked. great taste, the onions mixed in is caramelized just perfect. good stuff!i was pleasantly surprised by their cheese cake, it has a small crust on both top and bottom. the crust provides a nice saltiness that complements the cake. however it lacks the richness that came in cheesecake bites, but the whip cream that came with it does really pair with it nicely. IDR 700,000 for two.

I really like the ambience here. it feels cozy. but I still smell the cigarette smoke even though I was sitting at non-smoking area. I feel stuffy. I was order pork knuckle, overall, the taste is fine. but the crunchy skin a bit hard to chew.

2nd time to this place and still the service is the best that i ever got. I reserve for my late Valentine dinner with my girl. And i order roasted knuckle when i reserve. Come on time, than eat the food. The taste still the same and luckily not too many people so i get the valentine's vibe with my girlfriend here.

one the best Germany restaurant in Jakarta, be honest , the pork knuckle is better than Pxxxxxxr Braxxxxx.... I love the pork knuckle , the skin is very crunchy but the meat still very juicy and tender. nice.....  it's quite pricey , but worth the price. we also tried their sausages... it was good... thick and juicy.
