Rasa : Enak, cuma sayang ga ada menu 'non halal' di sini. which is good and bad. Good buat para muslim yang mo cobain makan Hakata, tapi buat yg non muslim agak kecewa pasti krn ga ada menu yg ga halal, dan rasanya harga yg dikeluarkan ga sebanding.Tempat : Nope... mungkin faktor yg buat hakata TA ga rame ya tempatnya yg agak terpencil.Pelayanan : Standar.. cm last time ke sana cm bisa pake debit BCA / tunai. yg lain ga terima.Ke sini lagi ? : kqnya nga.. walau tempatnya deket ma tempat tinggal

Finally coming here after noticing that they now serve pork ramen! Cause I can't imagine eating hakata ramen without pork kicks in it, I avoid Ikkhousha outlet in Taman Anggrek - which used to be halal. Now that pork is on the sale, what excuse that I have?So boyfriend and I ordered the Pork Tam-tam Ramen and Pork Specialty Ramen, accompanied with grilled pork gyouza. Everything was pork-themed that night. Pork Tam-tam was basically a Pork Specialty Ramen with additional minced pork sauteed in special oil topping. The picture in the menu was very inviting, but in real life version, it was not that lavish. The Tam-tam topping was barely visible while drowning in the ramen broth itself. The flavor didn't elevate the ramen experience much, maybe it was too weak or they put too little amount if the tam-tam.Broth for specialty ramen was thick and flavorful like usual, onsen egg was beautifully runny, and the ramen was boiled perfectly. But I had to complain about the pork charsiu. They were quite generous to put 3 slices in it, but each of the slice only consisted of fat! You could see from the picture I took,  90% of a charsiu slice were pork fat while the real pork meat only existed in a very tiny part. I ended up didn't finish my charsiu which was supposed to be a sidekick hero in this bowl. And about the bowl, ramen bowl here was smaller than bowl in other Ikkousha outlets. A bit of a let down since I really enjoy sipping ramen broth until the last drip, and it felt like the portion shrank. Almost like eating a bakmi instead of ramen with giant bowl. The sensation was different with smaller bowl.Gyouza was delicious, but was very small that it looked sadly deflated. One word to describe this dish was sad. Fortunately the flavor could redeem the lack of appearance, but I was hoping they could invent a better dipping sauce for the gyouza. Now, they only served normal sushi soy sauce. Too bad.The service was just okay, the waiters immediately came when we called. Serving time was not too long. However the ambiance was quite silent due to minimum numbers of visitor, maybe because they put Ikkousha in a remote place that people rarely notice this ramen shop. I found it quite enjoyable since it was more peaceful, but I was quite sure people next to my table could hear my babble.
