This place is recommended to try. The mango puding and dory katsu are my favourite. The taste is very nice, so clean, so healthy and good environment. Worth to try this place !!

Stepping into Jiro & Co, the restaurant was empty. I don't know their peak hour, but this restaurant seem to be out of the radar since it is located at the far end of Sunter Indah culinary street. The decor was too simple, but they painted an eye catching mural on one side of the wall which elevated the ambiance a little.The waiter did not completely understand the menu, he stuttered when we asked him to describe it to us. Funny, since there were only 10 items on the list, maybe the waiters should spend more time getting familiar with the menu to present it better to the next customers.Like I said before, the menu itself was quite minimalist. They only offered 3 or 4 kinds of donburi, several appetizer and dessert. Considering the place was still new, maybe they will add more options in the near future. That day, we ordered tori katsu donburi and tori katsu ramen.Tori katsu donburi (28k)The katsu was impossibly thick and fried with perfection! It was not oily at all and the flour did not dominate the whole katsu. I appreciated these quality since many of other Japanese restaurants served a tiny part of poultry, breaded it with whole lot of flour and called it a katsu. I have been through so many disappointment when it comes to katsu, but I could ensure Jiro & Co's version of katsu are not one of them. The flavor was a bit bland, but they serve a salted egg yolk dip sauce as a company. It was specially delightful, I never found other restaurant with this innovation. I think the sauce and the katsu were the best part of this dish. The rice was delicious, the scrambled egg side was a bit bland as well, and the soup (clear soup with lettuce) was ordinary.Tori katsu ramen (28k)I didn't expect the ramen to be delicious, but it was actually. The ramen broth tasted like curry broth, and the noodle was not disappointing although I believe it was not handmade by the chefs. Boyfriend and I really dig the soup, we finished it to the last sip. The tori katsu was definitely the same with the one atop the donburi, but accompanied with the ramen broth, it delivered an outstanding flavor. It was a pleasant bowl of ramen overall.For the drink, we ordered Thai Tea for 9k if I'm not mistaken, which worth every penny since the taste was above the average.Nothing is wrong about this restaurant, so I wonder why they seem to be desolated. Maybe it's the mildness of the flavor (I kind of prefer a mild flavor for my food instead of colorful flavor which came from msg), or the remoteness of the location. Yet for me, Jiro & Co did deliver good quality dishes with vey affordable price, and I would love to see how far they will get from there. Keep improving, and Jiro & Co might actually be one of my most favorite restaurants.

Just had my dinner there. Pesen :1. Katsu RamenKuah kentel, mienya kenyel, lumayan berasa, potongan katsu banyak tapi dada semua jd gw ga doyan, tp katsunya garing.2. Tori KatsuMacem donburi gitu, served pake kuah sawi putih warna susu yang gw pikir bakal gurih tapi ternyata super tawar bleh. Nasinya polos cm pake telor orak arik sm katsu ayam. Polos tawar ngga ada rasa -,- minimal tambahin kecap apa gitu kali ya.Gw ditawarin cobain sm suami gw, gw ga napsu cobanya.3. Ice Tea Tarik Kentel, enak, cm 9 rb.Kuar dari resto, beduaan langsung : mendingan makan nasi goreng gila di seberang.Not going back again for me.

Udah sering banget ke resto ini sampe mas nya afal sama saya😂😂Sebenernya makanan nya sih standart menunya, tapi rasanya boleh lahh, dory katsu nya bikin ketagihan banget apalagi makannya pake mayonaise campur cabe bubuk, enakkk hehe.Dulu emang sih menunya super dikiiiittbgt, tapi udh 2minggu ga ke jiro, balik2 menunya udh baru dan tambah banyakk, yg dulu cuma ada dory , tori, kaiko katsu sama ramen, skrg udh ada ebi , pumpkin soup dll banyakdehhh makin thebestt, banyak sih org bilang makanannya super standart dan bikin bosen, tp tipe org kyk saya sihh ya trrima aja org makanannya juga enak dan harganya pas banget di kantong anak sekolahan kyk saya😆😆, paling sering mesen dory katsu sama es teh tarik, teh tarik nya enakk ga terlalu manis tp ga pait jugaa trs kentel👍🏻Bagi yang mau coba tapi ragu2 takut ga enak, mendingan coba aja drpd nyesel hehehe

Belabelain pulang ngampus makan disini. Eh gataunya tenpatnya paling ujung. Pas sampe bener2 sepi gaada pelanggan laen:/ pesen katsu yg ikan dori (28k) lumayan sih rasanya cm telor diatas nasinya dikit haha penyajiannya jg lumayan lama
