I was craving for Middle Eastern food when finally my s/o stumbled upon this restaurant in website. We've been searching for affordable good food so he took me to Maroush and I'm glad that he did! The decorations in the restaurant is soooo pretty me likey. Beside that their food was awesome too. I ordered chicken kebab, the portion was big for me but the taste was so yummy, I couldn't stop eating even though I was so full. They served bread for starter, that explains. My s/o ordered tajine he said it was just okay, well he has the original middle eastern taste bud, that's why. I ordered one of their special drink, I forgot the name, it was quite filling and delicious as well.

This is an Indian and middle eastern mixed restaurant in Crown Hotel. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the staff are very friendly. It doesn't have the best version of either Indian or Middle Eastern cuisine in Jakarta but the food is still decent. Get a mix of both for an interesting meal. Their falafels are delicious. The curries can be a bit bitter suggesting the spices were not toasted and cooked fully but they are flavorful. Black bean dahl is actually mostly kidney beans which is a bit strange! Overall worth a try

Great indian foods! The place was really lonely when i came at saturday noon. But as soon as i ate , people start to fill in. Mostly the guests were middle eastern people. For starters, they would give us free peanuts, raisins and olives coated by bbq sauce. Then i tried garlic naan, chicken massala and chicken kebab. All were good! Naan had a good texture with strong garlic flavour, massala was very yummy! The sauce was very thick, taste was just like padang's rendang. Really love it! Chicken kebab was basically grilled chicken with green sauce. Was yummy too! The chickens were big and skinless. For drink i tried a large pot of morrocan tea. It was very very hot. Basically it was tea with mint leaves. I felt like i drank a toothpaste haha. Price were pricey tho, esp my morrocan tea. I drank it for 3 people and felt full because of it. Better order the small or medium size. Waitress were very friendly. Meals came a bit long tho.

Moroccan food here is to die for! So delicious. Had the lamb tomato tagine with couscous. The meat is so soft it just melts off the bone. The four favourite dips as appetiser was also delicious. The only downside is that our food took so long to arrive. You best be coming here with good friends to chat with, or a big book like Tolstoy's War and Peace to save you from boredom as you wait for your food. But all in all the food is so good i would happily wait for it.

I had always heard about Maroush and was so happy when eventually got a chance to dine there. There we were, four of us ordering a lot of things from the menu simply because we wanted to taste each and every dish they serve.All the dishes were so good we couldn't stop eating until we were full. Service is quick, ambience is nice and good for group of friends, family, or even a date.Prices are on high side, but I can assure you it's worth paying that much. I will surely come back.

Best middle eastern restaurant and foods!! Aku kesini sm sahabat ku ber8 utk acara buka puasa bersama. Suka banget sm tempat ini❣ dan pas bgt buat acara buka puasa kaya gini. dan kebetulan emang tadi lumayan sepi, jd bebas, serasa punya sendiri hahahamakanannya enak, worth it sm harganya! actually, I don't like indian or middle eastern foods but I like it😋 so yummy..aku lupa td order apa aja, yg jelas enak semua hehepelayanannya SUPER RAMAH!! good place buat foto-foto ala middle eastern👳🏽over all, da best👌🏼

This restaurant is worth the price (I expected it to be more expensive than it would be). The food was cooked to perfection. I loved the ambience. I'd definitely come back!

Found this little gem. I was craving for some indian food yesterday and decide to try this place. The decor interior looks amazing, it's cozy as well. We ordered the cheese cigar and filo pastry for the appetizer, and we had cheese naan , butter chicken, chicken kebab with yoghurt size. Everything are superb. The cheese naan, they are being quite generous on the cheese, which i like, it's goeey and tasty, works well when dipped into the butter chicken. Now the butter chicken, i wish they would put more chicken in there, at dirst we thought the chef might forgot to throw in some chicken while he cooked this butter chicken 😁 chicken kebab with yoghurt sauce also quite good. Overall it's a super enjoyable dinner!

Begitu memasuki maroush kita akan disambut dengan nuansa khas timur tengah. Khusus untuk berbuka puasa terdapat iftar buffet yang terdiri dari beberapa pilihan menu yang berganti-ganti. Pada hari ini di antara menu yang tersedia terdapat couscous dan domba yang memang diincar pasangan saya Setyo Pandu Wiguno.Sedangkan saya memilih untuk memesan hidangan ayam dan pear a la carte.Ayam dan pear yang saya pesan dihidangkan dalam wadah tanah liat beserta roti khas maroko yang sekilas mirip bakpao. Ayam tersebut memiliki rasa manis dan sangat lembut.Couscous dan dombanya juga patut dicoba. Daging domba yg disajikan sangat lembut dan penuh rasa.Tapi sayangnya tiba-tiba di roti saya ada kecoak. Saya bilang ke pelayan dan tidak lama muncul kecoak lain dari tirai di samping meja saya. Ketika diadukan, pelayan berkata managernya sedang tidak masuk karena sakit.

Rose milk is the best in town. Chicken curry was very bad. The worst things about this restaurant is the waiters and service. They just don't care. Vegetarian curries are good.
