IG : @boomakanAnother hidden gem inside Ayana Jakarta 😍😍-Jadi Minggu aku cobain Sunday Brunch nya Rasa Restaurant.Disni akan disuguhi berbagai macam makanan baik Indonesia maupun Jepang.-Ada stall untuk dessert, ada bbq stall, ada juga yg fresh kayak kepiting udang dll yg bisa kalian pilih lalu akan dimasak langsung sama chef nya.-Aku suka banget sama kepiting saos singapore mereka.Pedes ny pas dan kepiting nya empuk banget.-Kalau untuk dessert ny, banyak banget aneka kue kue, dan aku suka banget yam cranberry cake. Untuk harga nya sendiri juga affordable loh.Per pax nya IDR 388K nett buat Sunday Brunch nya.For sure will back again to try their delicous menus 😋😋

I came here with my friends, we had a great lunch here, everything was so delicious. Every section was very good , oh and the dessert sections, everything was very beautiful and delicious. I will definitely come back again :)

Ayana's venue for sunday brunch. Comfy place, not the biggest of buffet places, but sure they have variety of foods for restaurant's size and food is generally good. Really helpful staff. The sunday brunch spread here includes barbeques, sushis, indonesian (the duck and braised ribs were good), there is one station with mix of japanese and european (fried rice, german meatballs, cauliflower gratin), sunday roasts (lamb and prime ribs). The most loveliest thick salmon slice that I ever had. I love the service too! Definitely will go back with my friends for christmas lunch!! Is there any promotion during christmas ;) ?

Seafood party at Saturday, yeay! Buat pecinta seafood, boleh banget makan disini karena kalon bisa makan lobster, clam, berbagai ikan sepuasnya dan semuanya sangat fresh.Ukuran restonya memang gak gitu besar, tapi dekorasinya bagus dan pelayanannya juga oke. Even the chef came to greet us personally. Setiap gelas kosong, selalu sigap diisi air lagi dan piring kotor diangkat juga. Karena ada balita, pelayannya request ke kita mau dibuatkan fresh grilled salmon tanpa bumbu gak dan tentunya kita mau.Kemarin kita datang ber-15 dan langsung dihidangkan 3 porsi seafood platter dan clam pasta with truflle cream. Ada BBQ station juga. Selain seafood, aku suka banget sama home made ice cream dan marshmallownya. The softest marshmallow I ever eat. Pilihan dessertnya juga banyak dan enak-enak. Ada sushi sashimi station, roti, makanan Indo seperti nasi goreng, buah segar dan salad.Gak tau karena lagi seafood night atau gak karena semua makanannya pasti pake seafood seperti nasi goreng ikan asin, clam pasta, tempura udang. Pilihan daging lain cuma sate ayam dan sate kambing. Ini yang menurut aku kurang sih karena kalo seafood semua juga jadi cepat bosan. Untuk minuman juga cuma ada air putih. Mungkin akan lebih baik kalau ada juice atau infused water.Overall, it was a good experience to have dinner there.

I just tried the Xmas dinner at Rasa Ayana hotel, this is the first time I have eaten a buffet in the hotel but the service is very bad, from just starting to come, I feel unhappy, starting from the restaurant reception officer who doesn't escort us to the table until it was difficult to ask for a table in the buffet area, the reception staff said that the one inside had been reserved, finally I got a table outside near the pool area, in fact, until dinner time finish a lot of empty table inside buffet area was empty!And when I arrived, the table had no napkin, drinking water was not filled, and arrived at meals even so, our dirty dishes are not lifted, even though the situation of the restaurant is also not crowded. We often asked the waiter to refill our water, very minim waiters, does this hotel not have many employees? only this time I ate buffets in star hotels to get services like eating in ordinary restaurants, really far from hotel buffets in other hotels.I strongly don't recommend eating at this place, if you want to get good hospitality services, even the variety of food is not bad, the decoration was nice but the services is not like a 4/5 star hotel.i only like the grilled food and dessert there.. but because i got bad impression with the services, i would recomended you to go to other buffet in other hotel :)

Rasa Restaurant is one of my fave restaurant. I am frequent visitor since it was managed by Intercontinental. I chose Ayana Rasa Restaurant for Christmas Lunch Gathering this year. As always, meals were perfect and the service was awesome. And there were children choir singing the Christmas carols. The most delightful experience was the Christmas cookies. You might find few of them in my postings.

Okay honestly I was willing to give them a 3 star for the food taste but considering they’re a hotel buffet, I decided to reduce the score for their lack of service. Came for a before Xmas lunch and was told upon booking that they’re having Seafood festival (and Live Tuna Carving event). The place is quite neat and somewhat humble instead of luxurious. Table sizes were a disappointment for me because it’s pretty small. I came with a friend and many tables were empty and we’re still only given a small table for two - well, at least it’s near sofa. The table for 4 is even worse though, even the placemats overlapped. When we came, I saw the servers gathered near the Tuna section but not sure what for as many food are prepared per request like tempura and grilled beef teriyaki.Food variety is quite satisfying. They serve Japanese food (sashimi, tempura, teriyaki, udon), Chinese (particularly lamian), Indian food (rice and all), Indonesian food (soto betawi was smelly to me, char kway teow was okay), grilled beef, satay (the beef satay was probably not entirely made of meat, I definitely did not enjoy the part I ate - hoping til now it wasn’t liver), pasta (tasted a-okay with fresh linguine). Not to be missed, of course, the pastry section - best section in my view. The service was less impressive, though. Dirty plates were not immediately taken away (it makes the experience at other hotel better because at least they were fully occupied at the time and this one were more than half empty), food orders took super long..even one of the pasta didn’t come til the end. It wasn’t great.
