Booked a table here over the phone. I was not informed that they're renovating the whole restaurant. So we came and apparently they only opened a small area. Plus, the buffet was only Indonesian cuisine yg biasa banget + Japanese sushi (ala kadarnya). Cuma boleh free air putih. That's it. Will never come here again

While other restaurant try to be the best by cooking us international food, this restaurant just being the best by polishing our own Indonesian dishes. And I must say they really hit the mark.Restaurant being renovated, so they move to Nirwana lounge. The space a little bit small and awkward but still OK and cozy. Some food I tasted:1. Soto Tangkar: delicious soto to start. The broth is light but flavourful, the beef cubes really tender.2. Chinese food: consists of dumpling, garlic chicken, and chicken pao. The chicken pao is very soft with tasty filling3. Beef steak: meat is tender, tasty but nothing great.4. Nasi gandul: i just amaze by how bold this restaurant showcasing the beef entrails for this nasi gandul in their station. Nonetheless this nasi gandul very flavourful and yummy and the entrails is very tender.5. Bubur ayam Hotel Indonesia: many people said that this is such their signature dish. For me, the congee and its condiments taste standard but their curry broth is delicious.6. Dessert: they offer such varieties such as financier, klaapertart, pudding, chocolate mousse, banana fritter, bread puding, pralines, etc. My favorite? That gorgeous banana friter aka pisang goreng. It just amazed me how a simple banana fritter being so good. The banana is sweet and kinda melt in your mouth, the batter is soft inside crispy outside, and the sugar crystal outside just made it perfect.Beside menu above they also served: salad bar, japanese food, bread and rolls, fruit bar, traditional drink also kue putu stall.

Has to be the worst hotel buffet i tasted. They renovated the whole restaurant and they told us beforehand, only limited options available. Only asian food is available. Indonesian, chinese (dimsum), dan sushi (which was very bad). No sashimi. Beef steak : beef steaknya bau, barbecue sauce nya kurang enak.Dimsum : siomay nya 7/10, hakau nya ga enak banget, isinya bukan daging udang spt hakau kebanyakan. Isinya kayanya daging cincang.Makanan tengah : nasi gorengnya enak, mi gorengnya oke, kentangnya oke, kreceknya terlalu lembek, sambelnya enak.Pempek : cuka nya enak, pempek telornya oke, gorengannya melempem brooo Kue putu : the best + mas2nya baik banget. Human touch gini yang bikin nyaman. Filling gula jawa nya ga terlalu banyak.Roasted chicken : oke lahhhSushi : melempem, cuma makan 1 langsung ga kuatDessert : overall enak.Minuman : air putih dan something berwarna ungu, tp tastelessOverall i dont recommend any of you to try signature restaurant during their renovation period. Emang sih pake promo BCA murah utk buffet hotel cuma 180ribu something, but still ini kurang oke.

I am a loyal customer at Signature, average twice to thrice a month dine there. Last night, again my family (my husband, my son and my mom with myself) went there for dinner buffet. Just right after dinner, my son had stomach ache then I and my mom also felt sick and three of us got diarrhea since last night till now.I felt really bad as my mom is 86 years old and her conditions becomes very weak now.I wonder what food caused all these troubles. Kindly check if anything wrong with last night's food. Won't come back till this resolve. Thanks.

Buat resto buffet bintang 5 di pusat kota jakarta si cukup standar aja ya ini. Nothing special. Anyway banyak variasi makanan. From asian (sushi, rolls, ketoprak, kue ape, dimsum, etc) to western (rib eye, baked fish, etc), and dessert menu (quite vary for the cake selection to ice cream). Refill makanannya quite lama, utensil replacement buat di meja ga dikasi klo ga diminta, ac bocor. Yaa for me sih standard aja. Yg paling enak cm nasi gandul. Yg lain2 biasa aja..Sayang sih ya untuk hotel sekelas kempinski buffetnya cm segitu aja.. semoga bisa lebih baik ke depannya dari sisi service dan taste makanannya.

Datang kesini karena adik ultah jadi pas pengen nyobain juga😊 karena masih tahap renovasi jadi pilihan buffet nya kurang banyak menurut sayaUtk service nya oke, staff ramah dan cekatan. Soal rasa masih kalah dengan hotel Mu**a dan Sha****lla jadi masih perlu peningkatan lagi😊

Located in plush Kempinski, Signature Restaurant offers vast selection of Indonesian delicacies..., from soto mie, pempek, nasi gandul, etc., as well as international favourites...Newly renovated, the place adopts contemporary and modern design, but, at the same time maintaining the Indonesian herritage...Overall, a nice dining experience here... However, not a strong contender compare to other hotel buffet in Jakarta...

Went there last week, mostly variety of the dishes were cold, 2 lady at sushi stall seems didn't give proper service when i asked about the food, even i wondering what they laughed about. Not worth to coming back compare to their price tag

Salah satu buffet hotel terenak di Jakarta. Varian makanannya memang ga sebanyak di hotel lain, tp untuk rasanya bener2 mantap! Must try!Service nya juga okee bgtt. Thanks for the chefs and staffs especially Mas Maliki. Semuanya ramah dan helpful. Karna saat ini masih masa pandemic, jadi semua makanan harus diambilin sama staff nya dan semua staff sigap banget untuk mengakomodir semua keinginan makanan kita.Yang bener2 harus dicoba adalah salmon en croute, mashed potato (bener terenakk inii), tahu ala jepang (lupa namanya apa), seafood, dan berbagai dessert-nya. Sebetulnya specialty dari signature restaurant ini makanan Indonesianya, bahkan pada masa normal (bukan pandemic) mereka mendatangkan orang dari suatu daerah di Indonesia untuk masakin masakan khas daerah tersebut, jadi rasanya dijamin otentik! Selain itu chinese food nya juga enak, chilli oil nya ada banyak wijennya jd rasanya beda dari yg lain dan tentunya enak.Untuk harga, standard buffet hotel bintang 5 di Jakarta. Untungnya, mereka sering ada promo, misalnya BCA buy 1 get 1 jadi lumayan banget.
