I got birthday cake for the 2nd times. The mango cake is my favorite one. Even the someone order from other country, they will definitely help you until the cake deliver to the person. Surprisingly it's very quick. Enjoy the sweetest moment!

Currently I am living in Taipei. Today is my nephew's birthday. Unfortunately, I am not able to come to say happy birthday directly for him in Jakarta. Sugar Galerie helps me so much with very quick response for handling my cupcake request. The payment method process also provide very convenient way for me who is living abroad. The staff and manager give me very nice service and very nice talk through WhatsApp. I wish my nephew feels my love through the cupcakes from Sugar Galerie. Thank you. I cant wait to visit the Sugar Galerie in Jakarta soon.

Terima kasih SUGAR GALERIE sudah membuat perayaan Ulang Tahun Path saya yang ke-3 menjadi momen yang spesial. Awalnya saya bisa tertarik untuk memesan kue disini adalah karena keramahan dan kesigapan Customer Service yang membuat saya percaya bahwa ditempat ini dapat membuatkan kue seperti yang saya inginkan. Saya tertarik pada custom cake Red Velvet yang kemudian saya request dekorasi dengan membuatkan pinata yang berisi cokelat ataupun permen didalam kue tersebut. Hasilnya pun memuaskan dan rasa kuenya yang lembut dilidah, manisnya yang pas dan tentunya membuat saya ketagihan lagi. Saya akan merekomendasikan kepada teman-teman untuk tidak segan memesan kue disini selain pelayanannya yang bagus dan cepat ternyata bisa delivery dengan hanya 25 ribu se-Jabodetak. Dijamin tidak rugi.

Simply amazing! I was searching for the online cake shop with a delivery service since I am in Europe and I wanted to surprise my boyfriend in Jakarta and choosing Sugar Galerie was definitelly the best decision!Ms Ruth was amazingly kind and helpful and the payment process was really quick and smooth, too. And the cake.. omg..  the cake looked even better than I imagined and the only think I was sad about was the fact that I didnt have a chance to try it :). I would definitelly recommend Sugar Galerie to everybody who wants to surprise the loved ones with the most amazing sweet treats!Terima Kasih! :)

I ordered my cake by phone, it was Blue Velvet and it looked so cute and pretty I love it! The cake was yummy, I love how it's not too sweet and fruity. It's got that vanilla+cream cheese really balanced. The service was good and the CP was helpful, I'd love to order more!

I live in Lombok. Last week I looked for an online bakery and pastry shop to send a birthday cake for my best friend in Jakarta. It was quite frustrating because I didn't know if I could trust their service or if their cake  was real good. But for me, service is number one, if they're responsive or if they're reliable. After a long search, I found Sugar galerie website. I tried to make an order on Sunday, 25th Oct but it didn't succeed. I called the hotline center but the number couldn't be reached. Therefore I decided to email them. I got their response pretty quick on Monday morning 26th, apologizing for the inconvenience and asked if they could be more helpful.      My friend's birthday was on 27th, so I thought they wouldn't take an order  within less than 24 hours.  But Cy, the project manager who replied my email was very responsive to my need and convinced me I could still place an order that day. She/he was patient to guide me placing an order online after several failed attempts. Her/his response was quick and on point. Didn't show that he/she was bothered with my confusion.     After I finally successfully placed an order, a staff from Sugar galerie rang me right away for confirmation and detail.    On 27th my best friend received the birthday cake. He was very happy and told me the cake was delicious. Now I can't wait to taste it myself one day.    Thank you Sugar galerie, I give you two thumbs up for the service. I will definitely count on your service for the next order. Keep up the good work!

Love "Sugar Galerie"!!I just finished to order. Nice service and very quickly reply message.The order will be delivery tomorrow for my brother's birthday.I live in Thailand but my brother's working in Jakarta. I ordered cakes online. Very easy to order and pay the VISA credit card payment.I hope my brother will be happy and surprised to receive the cute cakes from "Sugar Galerie".I can't wait for tomorrow.
