Pertama kali kesini, pacar uda ngidam banget makan naan, akhirnya kesini setelah sebulan planningKarena sudah membaca review dr situs web sebelumnya, tempatnya jadi tidak susah dicari, patokannya di sebelah restoran padang.Setelah masuk langsung memesan Cheese Naan, Garlic Naan, Chicken Tandoori (half), Chicken Tikka Masala, Vegetables Samosa, Mango Lassi, dan Masala Tea (Chai).Pertama datang Mango Lassinya, pertama diminum mungkin rasanya agak aneh asam manis, tapi after tastenya enak. Lalu Samosanya enak, seperti curry o nya old chang kee namun currynya tidak sebanyak old chang kee, sebenarnya enak, namun di dalamnya masi dingin, menandakan makanan tersebut dari kulkas langsung di goreng, tapi overall masi oke lah.Chai teanya enak, pas, bau rempah"nya terasa.Lalu datang Garlic Naan dan Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Tikkanya Superb! Namun garlic naannya tidak terlalu terasa garlic. Cheese naannya enak! Mungkin agak sedikit tipis dari queen's tandoor punya tapi ini juga enak menurut saya. Chicken tandoornya one of the best! Saya suka ayam panggang dan ini rasanya mantap banget!Overall sangat recommended skali, namun kekurangan dari restoran ini mungkin terletak di interior dan eksteriornya, saya makan keringetan namun worth it abis! Perlu dilakukan renovasi untuk restoran tersebut karena sayang sekali jika tidak dirawat. Makanannya overall oke banget, pasti datang lagi untuk coba bryaninya, butter chicken, dan paneer palak!

I have to admit that it is hard to disagree with other reviewers in website when it comes to the uncompelling aesthetics of this restaurant. Me and my friend are sucker for street and dodgy food, but even we had to think twice before deciding to try our luck with Taj Mahal. Well, when a restaurant appeared to crumble down at night with torn name banner and no visitor inside (almost ghoulish, I must say) then who wouldn't?Turns out that our luck were well spent. We ordered Batter Chicken, Alo Paratha, Mutton Samosa, and Cheese Naan, and the Cheese Naan is to die for! Nicely battered and the cheese melted in my mouth. It tasted good even without any dips (had another Cheese Naan for takeaway and couldn't stop eating it even after I was full). The Batter Chicken is also highly recommended. The chicken is thoroughly marinated, and moist. The curry might be too salty if you eat it with the Naan, but still good. Food and drinks (teh tarik and mineral water) cost us 200-ish rupiah, which was good, and our tummies were happy.I might return to this restaurant again for their biryani who were getting lots of praise from other reviewers. However, I would recommend you to take public or hired transport to this restaurant, as parking lot is almost nonexist. During our meals, we were internally lecturing the owner to at least try to improve his/her restaurant aesthetically, but for me the look is not a big turn-off, since the food compensates well. Well, if you couldn't bear to get inside the restaurant, I think they do delivery.

Excellent taste!!Me and my boyf trying to find a new lunch experience. So, after explore some feed through website we decided to try Indian taste cuisine. We went here last Saturday located around pasar baru area which is quite far from our home lol, and apparently no one there but us. When we look from the outside, it doesn't arouse our appetitè. However, based on the website reviews it's fine for us to try, and suprisingly it's worth a lot. taste was amazing, and makes us wanna come back again next time.We ordered1. Chicken Butter (3.2/4.0)2. Mutton Biryani (3.5/4.0)3. Cheese Naan (3.5/4.0)4. Mango Lassi (3.7/4.0)5. Masala Tea (3.0/4.0)

It's hard to find this restaurant especially if you're not from this area. The sign is already worn out, it's next to Restaurant Padang after Pertamina gas station in KH Samanhudi.The place is kinda dirty, cluttered, and not really maintained well. It has some weird smell even at the front door.BUT HELL THE FOOD IS GREAT! I've been to India and the food is really resembling what I ate in India!!! Gosh!! I had cheese naan, vegetable pakora (it's basically vegetable tempura with gram flour), and masala tea (or most people call it chai). I almost cried because it brought me back to India... The naan was great, the pakora was superb, and the chai smells and tastes really good!!!I'LL DEFINITELY COME BACK AGAIN FOR MORE OF THEIR FOOD!!!

Akhirnya kesampaian juga makan disini. Resto nya agak rame kalo siang. Masakannya enak & harganya terjangkau. Cuma penyajiannya yg lama, 30 menit-an. Overall, puas makan disini..
