Had Bianca Pizzotino and the B.C.M. pasta. Located on the side of Plaza Festival, in line with the GOR Soemantri gate. Everything was great. The pizza was thin and freshly made as it arrived to me piping hot with cheese melting. The pizzotino is a long-ish oval shaped pizza, so if you're planning on sharing it guess you have to fight for the middle part as it was like 10% dough and 90% topping when the side was only like 60% topping and 40% dough. There were only very few of the staff when i came but they were all very friendly, helpful and quick. Although i *was* the only customer there, but appreciated it nonetheless. They were generous with the condiments, they got fresh pepper with the grinder, chilli flakes, olive oil and tabasco, and bottled chilli sauces all handed to our table so we can have it as many or as little as we want. I'm the kind of person who likes to add my condiments gradually, so this one gets a personal point from me. The pasta was the winner for me. I think this is the first time in Jakarta when i had a dish where there was actually more protein than the carb. I can remember on my last bites (yes, biteS) i was just scooping beef and mushroom into my mouth. I must warn you though, it is slightly on the oilier side so some people might not like that but as for me, as long as the food tastes great i don't really care what's on it (as long as it's still sanitary ofc 😉). The price is a bit on the higher side. If i'm not mistaken website wrote approx. 150 k for 2 person. All i had was a small pizza and 1 pasta with no drinks and my bill came down to 173k. Should've caught that sign sooner though as i noticed that there is no student in the restaurant eventhough it practically shared a building with a campus. All in all this is a wonderful experience and i would gladly recommend this restaurant to my friends even when i had a bit of a not so good first impression when i came in. They had a small book collection and i took one and it turned out to be dusty so i feel gross up until my food came. But luckily there's a sink inside the restaurant (so germophobes, rejoice!). This is a small restaurant, so i imagine at it's peak hours i think it can only seat maybe around 20 people. 30 if they add in extra chairs and tables. I saw a picture on instagram someone had their baby shower here, and i think it's a cute idea because this place is pretty much perfect for it.I think i'm going to be a returning customer if i'm in the area and craving for decent italian, *and* i CAN and WANT to splurge a bit.P.s. they have a promotion where they just write the day and what costs 50 bucks for that day, and the only other writing on the board was "dine in only". Turns out that this only applies to regular sizes, nothing else. So i guess definitely check on that if you're just looking for deals.

Menurutku biasa aja, dr segi tempat maupun makanannya. Di sini pesen margherita yg porsi separo krn mo cobain dulu..rasanya standar..Sm pesen coffee latte, untungnya enak nih kopi, mayan jd rada terhibur deh hehe

Bukanya smpe malem tp minuman kopinya ga ada semua 😂 katanya lg ga gerus kopi? Lah?? Minuman cuma ada minuman botol dan lemontea or icetea. Mau cobain cupcake pizzanya juga ga ada. Jd cuma pizza aja gitu sm yg pop2 itu. Cobain mushroom pop nya lumayan, sm pizza nutela doang yg recomend 😂. Order 500ribu. Lahh?? Restoran yg ga terlalu rame dengan menu yg ga ada semua tiba2 hrs min.order 500ribu. Trs mbanya bilang "iya jd hrs minimum ordernya 500ribu jd mba order kira2 sejutaanlah" lah apasih nih mba2?

Our first taste of Pizza Barboni was through delivery.  Given that our client's office was a block away from Plaza Festival, we decided to visit the place.  Upon arrival you will notice that there are a lot of pizza boxes and on the left is a huge oven that they use for baking the pizza.  The interior was also nice with a few books and photos on the walls.  For the food we ordered two boxes of pizzas and a few appetizers.  It was a bummer that they didn't have cold drinks as their ice hasn't arrived yet so we had to buy one from outside.  We ordered the thin crust pizza (which is my personal preference) and it tasted great.  My only advice, and I should've known from the start that since this is a pizza place, it of course specializes in... pizza.  Having said that, I should've thought twice about ordering pasta, which, sad to say, needed some improvement. But overall if you are craving for pizza (and who doesn't), go ahead and try Pizza Barboni.
