    Pertama kali kesini waktu honeymoon, kebetulan nginep disini, dan dikasih surprise candle light dinner sama hubby. Pertama kali buka blindfold, langsung senyam-senyum dan cekikikan gajelas saking kesenengannya. I was like, WOW. Selain happy karena diajak dinner, viewnya bener-bener lepas, quiet, and for me it's so romantic.The most important thing is : The Food. Jujur awalnya saya ngga punya ekspektasi apa-apa tentang makanan disini, karena ya udah kesenengan sendiri dan hypnotized by the view, jadi walaupun makanannya so so ya gapapa deh. Yang pertama datang itu ada welcome drinknya. Something like apple or passion fruit gitu kalau ngga salah inget, tapi enak. And mulai deh, makanannya dateng course by course.The first one is Caesar Salad. Saya orang yang paling malas makan sayur. Tapi wow, salad disini enak banget, dan ini pertama kalinya saya makan salad sampe piringnya licin, malah nyomot punya hubby. The next one is Mushroom Soup, yang saya juga suka. Tapi ngga sempet difoto. And for the main course, keluarlah itu si Tenderloin Steak. Kalau ngga salah, yang dipakai itu Angus Beef. Dan setelah masuk mulut, ampunn.. Enak amet! Sampe nambah nambah. Hahaha. And for dessert, lupa cakenya apa, tapi itu juga enak. So far baru disini saya dinner sampai piringnya bersih. Hahaha.Staffnya juga standby di pojokan. Jadi tiap wine kita habis atau selesai makan 1 course, dia langsung refill dan prepare table untuk course selanjutnya. Serasa punya butler ya (or emang butler I don't know lol). And selesai makan, staffnya kasih white lily bouquet buat saya on behalf of my hubby (aww so sweet). Overall, a perfect score for this hotel karena service, ambience, dan makanannya bener2 as expected, even more. Wine selectionnya juga okay. 5/5 won't hurt anybody, I guess.

    Good variety of foods for the buffet. There were Italian, Western, Chinese, Japanese, Indonesian, even Arabic cuisine and barbecues. But, the taste were not satisfying. The roast duck flavour isn’t bad but the skin is soggy. The op ribs is one of my favourite, it can be cooked to your preferred temperature. But the roast lamb was way over cooked and very dry. Barbecue station only provides sausages and shrimp, but pretty delicious. Teppanyaki’s taste were a bit weird and the sushi weren’t good (the rice didn’t have acidic flavour). They didn’t have sashimi. For the pasta station, carbonara and bolognese sauce were tastes good, but pesto was too greasy and a bit lumpy. What I like the most was the dessert. So many desserts and I love them all, there were cakes, puddings, mousse, crepes, ice creams and many more.Wine selection was nice with several options of reds and whites, there were also champagnes options.Ambience was very nice and service was fairly good.Overall, with a price more than idr 300k/pax, personally it wasn’t worth it. Especially because the flavour and properness of the foods.

    I was here for early dinner and the first thing popped up in my head: what a view!It was very foggy as it just done raining at the moment but still, the view was breathtaking.Food: 3.5/5Ambience: 4/5 (too dark at night if you're sitting on the balcony)Service: 4.5/5Price 4/5 (not that expensive for a 5-star hotel)What we ordered:• Australian Angus Beef TenderloinWell done (mi boyfie always have a well done steak), Mashed Potato, Cream Mushroom sauce, Sautéed Mix Mushroom.Anyway, do you realize that the vegetables options and condiments options are mismatched on the menu? lol this is a turn off.- Talking about the steak, it was a very thick 200gr tenderloin. Presentation was pretty and the serving size of sauce was a lot. A juicy well done steak, I can say. But some parts of the steak was still medium well and I found a part that was overcooked, even burnt, and it was very bitter. This part is the turn off point of the meat. But overall still very good.- The mashed potato was too good!!!! I'm insanely in love with the mashed potato, it was creamy yet light, right seasoned.- Cream mushroom sauce also good, it was not bland at all, very creamy and right seasoned.- Sautéed Mix Mushroom also good, it wasn't overcooked or burnt.- Side salad was fresh, no issue for the veggies.• Tagliatelle with Beef RagoutChoosing this one instead of Pesto because this menu claims that it's cooked by the ambassador chef. I expected something special because that was my first time to order something over pesto. I honestly don't have that much interest with beef ragu, ragout, kind of bolognese sauce, and other similar cooks but I was giving a shot that day.- The pasta, al dente! I love it, it was soft, well cooked.- Beef ragout, it used wagyu and it was pretty good also. The only thing is that some of the beef cuts tasted weird, unless it was undercooked or unseasoned, idk but it was really weird. Overall the beef ragout was on my expectation, not below, not above, just right.- The garlic bread, yes yes this pasta also served garlic bread but unfortunately it was not crispy at all but not that pliable.We also ordered red wine by glass, it costs around 105k-150k each glass. For you whom pretty clueless about wine (so am I), you can ask the availability before ordering the wine, tell what you're going to eat so the waitress will pick the right wine for you, also ask them that you want to taste the wine first before sipping the glassful wine. They have white wine, red wine, champagne, i'm not sure for the rose wine please just ask them.Overall, it was a very nice experience to have dinner in Damai Restaurant as the service was very good, foods were also amazing, and the view was breathtaking. The only thing I concerned was that our foods didn't came at the same or similar time but it took about 20 mins since my pasta arrived to the steak. I love this place and is recommended! I'll come back!

    Saya menginap di intercon dan ke damai restaurant ini untuk breakfast. Variasinya cukup banyak tapi masih kurang (standard bintang 5). Makanannya lumayan enak dan servicenya juga bagus: hari pertama saya minta tissue dan hari kedua sebelum saya minta, waiternya sudah kasih tissue dimeja saya. Untuk tempatnyanya viewnya bagus. Mungkin saya harus coba yang barbeque event disore harinya.

    Breakfast with a view. The view is better suited in the evening tho.Food menu is so so. I would want more Bandung specials as a local tourist. There's baso-tahu-siomay, but taste so-so. The porridge is also not special.
